The Brent Brown dealership talks a good talk and, generally, walks the walk. But I’m frustrated at how many days I have to wait for a service appointment. Also, at least one service coordinator has done poorly at informing this customer on the status of of his vehicle. He seems irritated at my asking him to stay in touch. He has ignored requests for updates. If there were another Toyota dealership within 25 miles, I’d take my car anywhere but Brent Brown; I may do so anyway. More

I was unimpressed that I was not offered anywhere to sit and cool off. Most importantly I am not sure why I was asked which number would be best for them to contact and then it was completely ignored and th and cool off. Most importantly I am not sure why I was asked which number would be best for them to contact and then it was completely ignored and they texted my husband's number instead. He was not with me and that number was not given as the contact number. It was the number from last service visit but he couldn't bring the car this time because he had to conduct a board meeting. Each message that the tech sent caused the entire meeting to be interrupted so he could forward the message to me. Why ask me for my contact number to completely ignore it? This lack of detail to such a simple thing was displayed to an entire room of people, which by the third message was amusing to them. I found it however to be disrespectful and was highly annoyed that I had to receive forwarded messages from my husband. Did the technician have an issue with contacting the female on file or was he just lazy? More

This was my first service for my vehicle. I appreciated that the Service Department was open on Saturday. The men's bathroom of out of service and the waiting area was not as good as other de I appreciated that the Service Department was open on Saturday. The men's bathroom of out of service and the waiting area was not as good as other dealers such as Mark Miller Toyota. Wifi was available, but no snacks. When I returned home and checked the mail, I had a recall notice from Toyota. I wish the Brent Brown staff would have notified me of the recall and offered to take care of the recall during my visit. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the recall so I will have to make another service visit. They did provide a text feature that allowed me to contact my service representative (by text) to check on the status of the service. When the service was complete, I received a text message which was convenient. Other dealers provide a car wash or voucher, Brent Brown did not. Another miss in my opinion. I will probably go elsewhere in the future. More
