UPDATE: Once I was able to speak with Mr. Villa, my experience with the dealership has been nothing but positive. He engaged in a constructive dialogue. After viewing the hail damage, he offered to repair the vehicle using paintless dent removal (PDR) at no charge to me. He even provided a free loaner vehicle while the Taos was at the dealership for the repairs (which I didn't even ask for). I got the Taos back today and it looks great! Perhaps more important, Mr. Villa explained how my emails got overlooked, apologized for the situation and informed me that he would be using this situation as a learning experience for dealership management to ensure that it doesn't happen again. His honesty and candor is much appreciated and seemingly rare from General Managers at large metro dealerships. Based on my experiences with Jason Villa, the honest and transparent way in which he addressed my concerns and his statements about using the situation to improve the dealership's level of service going forward, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Lewisville Volkswagen (or any dealership where he's the General Manager)!
