Once they had the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price, the overall process was smooth. Tim Miller was great to work with. His service demonstrates how a dealership should treat its customers. Tim Miller did a fantastic job explaining everything we needed to know on how to navigate all the new accessories that our new car had to offer. We were extremely pleased and hope that Tim will be there when we purchase our next Lexus.
