Found these guys online because they had a rare color combo Navigator that my local dealer in PA couldn’t find. Mike ROUTT took my call and walked me through a seamless process of obtaining the vehicle combo Navigator that my local dealer in PA couldn’t find. Found out last Thursday I needed to get a car. I looked up mike castrucci online answered a few questions. Within a couple minutes got a call from Russell Holloway. Andrew was my salesman. Typically my dad will get very frustrated with salesmen, as he’s worked around them for so long he’s quite aware of their typical strategies. Andrew was amazing! My dad and I had a frustrated with salesmen, as he’s worked around them for so long he’s quite aware of their typical strategies. Andrew was amazing! My dad and I had absolutely no problems. He was very kind and helpful and helped me purchase my first car! For a first time at a dealership, It went so much faster than I pictured. I was in and driving home to Ohio in right over an hour. When we got into financing, Jeff made sure I understood everything! It might be an hour away from my home city, but it was COMPLETELY worth driving to. It was also very easy for me to fill out Ohio paperwork, as I figured I’d have a harder time than that being out of state. Thank you all for making my car dreams come true!! More
