Worst car buying experience ever. I was told they had a vehicle and when I showed up they had already sold it. They pressured me to try and buy and I get very uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend this dealer vehicle and when I showed up they had already sold it. should not be dealing in vehicle's other than chevy they sold me a vehicle which has been in the shop close to 20 times in a year and I went in to get them to buy me out of it and they wanted to insult they sold me a vehicle which has been in the shop close to 20 times in a year and I went in to get them to buy me out of it and they wanted to insult me by wanting to give me 4500 for the truck which kbb is 7k and roll 8k over to the new truck......I would have thought they would like to turn a longtime customer into a lifetime cause I was agreeing to get a 17 Silverado if it all worked out ,but now here is am again with this truck going back into there Shop for a second rear main seal. 06 ram 1500 More

My Husband and I just bought a brand new 2013 Chevy Cruze. It was surprisingly painless! The customer service at Koons was the best I've ever dealt with. I needed to buy a car. I didn't want to buy a car but I had to, so I went into Koon's Chevy because it was close by and I knew someone who worked there. I ended up having the absolute best car buying exper had to, so I went into Koon's Chevy because it was close by and I knew someone who worked there. I ended up having the absolute best car buying experience ever. I got a vehicle that I really wanted at a reasonable price. The finance department took what could have been a difficult situation and made it work out very favorably. In the past, I've gotten used to not being able to get what I want, not getting as good a deal as I could have and being saddled with a payment that was higher than I was looking for, all with the feeling that I had to really watch what everyone was doing in order to make sure that I didn't get taken advantage of. At Koon's, I got straight answers and a level of transparency that I've never gotten in a car deal. Actual customer service has become rare but I got a good does of it at this dealership. I'll be back when it's time to purchase again and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who will listen. More
