Offered me a competitive price for my trade, after sending the information and pictures. Ran my credit and offered the Chevy 2.9%. And when I got to the dealership (I fully expected to get the runaround on price, financing and the trade) Ethan had the paperwork ready. We took the truck for a spin. Signed. Went into finance, signed and switched a few things over from my truck. It truly was what the car buying experience should be. The Sales Manager (Martin Simon) even came out and thanked me for my business and asked how Ethan treated me. Oh yeah, I should add, I live in Berlin , MD, 2.5 hrs away. Would I prefer to buy closer to home? YES! But the eastern shore right now still thinks it’s Covid time, there is no internet and everyone is desperate for their 4 cars. I can’t rave enough about my experience. More

The dealership stood by their word on the 7 day exchange policy and took back the vehicle and helped me get into something that was new, safe and comfortable for the needs of my family. I am a father of 5 girls and one with special needs, we need a big truck to help take her out to appointments and get her the services she needs. Dave and the amazing management team at Koons bent over backwards to layout price options, find a vehicle to meet my financial situation and they did everything they possibly could without compromising their own business to make it work for me. I don’t know of any other company that operates like that and wish there were more. I am so grateful for my purchase and the wonderful service I received at Koons Chevy of White Marsh. Dave, Scott, Chris, Martin, Rich… your names will never depart me because of how much you went the extra mile to relieve me of a bad situation and put me into a even greater one for the safety and security of my own family!
