JJ contacted me with his availability to see the car which was the same day later in the afternoon and my goodness me and my husband walked out with a beautiful car less than 2 hours later. JJ was friendly, personable, honest and overall HELPFUL. He educated my husband and I and answered EVERY questions we had. JJ did a great job responding to our questions, providing alternatives and addressing our concerns. If only car dealers would be more sensitive to our own time demands. The entire process from when we walked through the door, through discussing options and finally reaching agreement went as fast or faster than I’ve ever seen elsewhere. However, the time between reaching agreement and walking out with my car seemed interminable. Not worse than I’ve seen elsewhere, better than most, but the process could be made more quickly. Over all, I strongly recommend Ed Morse More
