I had a very positive experience at Herb Chamber of Auburn. Jeffery was professional and curious. I was provided a loaner car and I forgot 2 bags in it when I returned it. They promptly located my bags Auburn. Jeffery was professional and curious. I was provided a loaner car and I forgot 2 bags in it when I returned it. They promptly located my bags and put them in a secure place until I could retrieve them. The buy 3 tires get 1 free promotion, made purchasing 4 new tires for my Santa Fe much more affordable. I called about 2 months ago, and was given an appointment for Nov 1. I delivered the car about 4:00 pm on Tuesday, Oct 31, and filled out a simple form with identifying information. I waited all day Wed, Nov for Nov 1. I delivered the car about 4:00 pm on Tuesday, Oct 31, and filled out a simple form with identifying information. I waited all day Wed, Nov 1, and heard nothing. Wanting the car back, I called about 5:00 pm, and was told the person assigned the car had gone home, and no one knew any status. I was told I could speak with the person the next morning, Nov 2. I was told I could pick up the car, so we drove over, arriving about 5:15 pm on Nov 1. I was given the key fob, and took the car. I called on Nov 2 and spoke with the correct associate. He told me they had not done the required testing, despite having the car all day Wednesday, and that I would have to bring the car back for the necessary testing. I am still pondering if I will even bother. I am also searching for the next closest Hyundai dealer. Needless to say, I was not impressed. I do not remember the person's name. More

I was in panic about my car and check engine light and Jeff called me back and squeezed me in 3 weeks before my appointment.
