No help I called because my car was having transmission issues. I told the man over the phone and told me with my car model "that just happens". I am aware of the transmission issues for the Focus 12 but it is under warranty and I wanted to get it fixed before it died on me. He tried to talk me out of bringing it in saying that they couldn't get it in until 2 weeks and that they probably couldn't do anything. I try to drive my car an hour later and the transmission over heats and I can't get it to go up the hill...... I call Kerry Ford and they get me in same day. I will never purchase a vehicle at Kings Ford ever again. More
