From Buddy himself, to service manager Carl Martinez, to Joe Sanchez (our service agent on this particular visit), everyone makes you feel you are a valued customer. Not some slick, phoney imitation of caring, but sincere attention and desire to be helpful. We feel as though we've traveled back in time to the 1940s-50s when businesses were virtually all family owned and people actually cared. Joe Sanchez couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with our situation. A true professional, as is Carl, the manager. Best Experience with a Toyota Service Center I've Ever Had I've owned a variety of Toyota's for the past 35 years, and exclusively used only Toyota Service Centers throughout the country for their maintenance. Toyota of Santa Fe's Service department was absolutely outstanding with a very complicated and involved issue (created of my own doing - no fault of Toyota craftsmanship) with a 2004 Prius. Joe Sanchez kept tabs on the process, guided me through both new and used parts purchases. oversaw the project and had the patience of a saint when dealing with my travel and auto idiosyncrasies. The entire team was always friendly and helpful, and Joe Sanchez "went the extra mile" for me more than once, always with a smile. This was no question the very best experience I've ever had at a Toyota Service Center ever, anywhere, and I've used probably more than a dozen of them around the country. Highly recommend without hesitation. More

They had the car done in 90 minutes -- including full tire rotation, balance and an alignment. More

We actually followed Joe to Beaver Toyota from another dealership because we found their treatment of us unacceptable after he left. We were delighted to find he was at Beaver Toyota. We will be driving from Belen, bypassing other Toyota dealers because Joe treats us as if we are family and makes sure our vehicles are working well and safe.
