My salesman, Steve Cristantiello, who was the same salesman I purchased my daughter's Wrangler from in 2010, was very knowledgeable and professional, did not pressure me and answered all my questions. Having dealt with Dave Storms, service advisor for this dealership for my Jeeps service needs for the past five years, I felt comfortable doing business with Bill Volz. Joe Tucker, finance manager, had all the paperwork ready when I picked up my vehicle, and there were "no surprises" with the pricing! All three of these gentlemen are assets to the Volz dealership! More

Tom Katz did a great job of refining my search. He then found and offered me the car I wanted at a fair price and delivered it promptly. Recently leased a new 2014 Cherokee from Volz Jeep. I had initially contacted them online and received an almost immediate response by email from Tom Katz, one of the salespeople, to inquire about my nee had initially contacted them online and received an almost immediate response by email from Tom Katz, one of the salespeople, to inquire about my needs. I was researching a number of vehicles and dealers at the time and I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my first contact. The follow-up from there was smooth and courteous, with no pushy sales tactics or 'act now' deals that tried to force me to make a decision right away. I was able to schedule a test drive for the following day and found the 2014 Cherokee to be just the car I was looking for. I took a couple days to finally decide after reviewing all the options and, once I was ready, Tom was able to find a match for me right away and by the end of the week I was trading in my old car and driving off in my new one. I am very pleased with both the car and for choosing to purchase it from Volz. The ease of the purchase process and the courtesy of the staff made me feel comfortable making the big decision. I highly recommend both the car and the dealer to anyone looking to make a purchase. More

I feel like we all know each other for a long time because as soon as I walk in they greet me like a long time friend, which kind of makes you feel special. Steve and Mike have always given me the best price available. Over the 3 plus years, even when I have had service done on my Jeeps, it has been a very positive experience. Dave in Service, like both Steve and Mike is also like a long time friend, as he is just as friendly and professional and always takes care of my jeeps in a timely manner. Once again, the overall experience has been very positive, as I know some people, and myself in the past, didn't like going to purchase a new vehicle as you felt overwhelmed, but not here, they work with you ! I was regretting this experience. I really wanted a Wrangler, but I was also really skeptical about the whole car buying experience, especially as a young woman going into this by herself. Tom Katz worked with me over the phone and via email (my preference) before coming in to test drive. Once I met him, it was an equally stress-free experience. Joe Tucker, the Business Manager, also worked with me to finance my vehicle. I really cannot emphasize enough how stress-free and comfortable this dealership made me feel. I have since spoken about my experience with many friends. I even told them I would do testimonials for them if they wanted, I was that happy with the service. After being on the phone with at LEAST 4 dealerships in the area, they were such a breath of fresh air. Thanks Bill Volz (especially Tom & Joe)! More
