Okay buying experience terrible service department. From a buying stand point the experience was good buying my used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but was quickly changed. When the night of driving the jeep From a buying stand point the experience was good buying my used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but was quickly changed. When the night of driving the jeep home found a crack in the side mirror promptly reported the issue and got assurances that it would be fixed but the crew at the service department changed that. From the service advisor that setup an appointment but when i got their no one has a clue why I was their, to the service and parts director Dan Oliveri who said and I quote "Nothing ****** going on that car" he is correct their I have a Jeep, so in conclusion their sales staff may be great but the experience is ruined by the service department. FOLLOW UP So After speakign to the owner (Jonathan Grant) of the dealership who was much more reasonable and appoligised for my experience and slso wanted to fix the problem but the damage was already done by the service department. I will be using Whiteplains Jeep dealership who after hearing this story is changing the mirror for me at dealer cost. More

BEST NEW CAR EXPERIENCE EVER! I was having problems with my current lease from another dealer and I called Central Ave I had the most amazing experience. I called at 9 am and had I was having problems with my current lease from another dealer and I called Central Ave I had the most amazing experience. I called at 9 am and had a brand new car exactly the way I wanted it driven to my house and in my driveway by 6pm the same day. WOW the best experience I ever had leasing a car. Honest, helpful,reliable, caring, are the words I would use to describe the amazing sales people at Central Ave. They were so easy to work with. 2015 Town and Country My wife and I bought a 2015 Town and Country and cant tell you how happy we were with the salesperson Bianca and the Manager Jimmy. They took there time to answer all our questions and concerns. Negotiating was a pleasure! It even took under 30 min to do our trade-in and pick up our new car everywhere else it took almost two hours. Very efficient very well organized and very trustworthy dealership!!!! More

Dealer pulled a bait and switch... Quoted me one price verbally and then the paperwork had a higher price. When confronted the sales manager stated "I am sorry but we can not honor that original agreed u verbally and then the paperwork had a higher price. When confronted the sales manager stated "I am sorry but we can not honor that original agreed upon price, either take it or leave it." The next day we reached out to the owner Mr. Grant, who stated "I am terribily sorry this was a big misunderstand, I will honor the original price as agreed." Later that day recieved another phone call from an employee stating the deal was no longer going to happen at the agreed price and that the owner was sorry. Completely unmoral, unethical dealer, BUYER BEWARE!!! More
