I give Walter's Mercedes a 5 star when it comes to good customer service: * Ease of reserving the service online or the friendliness of the staff answering the phone on the other line *Professionalism an customer service: * Ease of reserving the service online or the friendliness of the staff answering the phone on the other line *Professionalism and friendliness of the staff of the employees who greet me when I arrive at the center *The tire specialist who checked the condition of my tires at every visit *The complimentary car wash * The service crew who gives thorough complimentary check-up to ensure my long travel *Warranty provided on my past service and parts* *Reasonable wait time. When my car needs longer time to fix, they ensure that I am provided a loaner from the dealer or a rental company. *The use of the fancy cappuccino machine, cold water, and variety of snacks in the "VIP" lounge. I especially would like to give a two thumbs up to my last service advisor, Joe Loera, Michael Ramos, and my most recent advisor - Wayne Anderson. Wayne listened and addressed my vehicle concerns. Due to extensive maintenance my vehicle needs, he helped me a lot by providing me a list of the maintenance of my vehicle and prioritizing the repairs I need right away, and explained everything in layman's term. Wayne is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I hope Walter's Mercedes-Benz continue to support their employees, reward their best employees so that they continue to serve us with a smile. Not many companies provide the best customer service as they do at this dealership. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next service/repair or buy my next Mercedes. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Brought my vehicle for servicing after taking it to a 3rd party German Auto Mechanic advising me that the right front axle and lower control arm were Brought my vehicle for servicing after taking it to a 3rd party German Auto Mechanic advising me that the right front axle and lower control arm were damaged and needed. The “servicing” dept didn’t even inspect my vehicle but kept it for 4 days and couldn’t “replicate” the sound my car was making. They in fact told me they didn’t inspect it but just went off the 3rd party mechanic’s diagnosis and tried to charge me double what the mechanic was charging. Keep in mind I only had the vehicle for 50 days/1200 miles More

Joe Loera really hooked us up with a great service experience. Our 2014 e350 which was bought and serviced its entire life at Walter’s was due for some major maintenance and repair. Joe worked to secure us great pricing so great it wasn’t worth it to shop all over for a 3rd party to to the work. That way this car will continue to be seen at Walter as we get ready to pass it down to our kids. More
