I’ve been going Mungenast for years and I use them for problems with my car big and small. I had a low tire and was down the road the other day. I called up and down Manchester Road asking all the auto sh problems with my car big and small. I had a low tire and was down the road the other day. I called up and down Manchester Road asking all the auto shops if they could patch a nail that was in the tire and they said they were booked. I called Mungenast and they explain they keep time open during the day for emergency repairs and had me in and out in about an hour. I really appreciate that level of service for dealership and will be back again I’m sure. More

Wish I could leave a zero. Worst experience ever at Lexus. Me and my mother just spent 100k on two CPO RX-350. Brought it in for service and clips broke on my bumper and windsh Worst experience ever at Lexus. Me and my mother just spent 100k on two CPO RX-350. Brought it in for service and clips broke on my bumper and windshield seal. Before I can even show this guy he say we’ll take it to windshield company dude I’m like ok. Showed him bumper he said ya not covered $288 I’m like no way it’s under warranty. He says Oh is this a CPO car I’m like yes. He’s like oh those break all the time still not covered $288. He also kept calling my David which is my brother a TV Preacher here in town heard the other xxxxxxx speaking about him when I came out. Ask for service manager he says oh he’s not here. I said can you have him call me he says oh sure. Well been two days ain’t heard from this dude either. I worked for Lexus 9 years I’m Master Certified Lexus Salesman. This is not normal but seems to be at Munganast. As he goes and gets my new Lexus he says oh well should we wash it? I said oh well would be nice but why would ya lol… What a joke …. More
