Worst car buying experience we've ever had. We were promised they would honor rebates from when we ordered the car. After waiting 3 months for the car, they did not honor the rebates. The sales manag promised they would honor rebates from when we ordered the car. After waiting 3 months for the car, they did not honor the rebates. The sales manager slammed papers down on the desk in front of my wife. Yes, we both shouted. We were told they would no longer sell us the car. I asked to speak to the manager and the Sales Manager said he was the manager. I called Ford, and they said they have no control over the way the dealerships conduct themselves. So, this is the last Ford we'll ever buy. Too bad, because I've always been a Ford person. More
