Great experience! Had exactly what I wanted! The process was easy and everyone was very kind and helpful. I had to go back the day after I purchased the car and they had everything ready for me to get me in was easy and everyone was very kind and helpful. I had to go back the day after I purchased the car and they had everything ready for me to get me in and out quickly when I got there. The only part I wish was different was that if you buy a used car that is not a Toyota you don’t get to be a part of the family plan. I was drawn to the dealership because of the family plan, but the experience and employees still made it worth it. More

The "Family Plan" gave me piece of mind that the selling dealer would be my servicing dealer as well. Not your avg dealership, or at least from our point of view. We've been to Fred Anderson Toyota twice now to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately due to some bad luck we haven't had a chance to use the service departmen We've been to Fred Anderson Toyota twice now to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately due to some bad luck we haven't had a chance to use the service department. However with how we were treated with the sales representatives I'm sure we will feel the same way. Eric was very helpful the first time around making sure we were taken care of when he couldn't be at the dealership to meet us the first time around. Justin helped us find our car, and we drove off the lot the same day. This time around we were able to meet with Eric. Despite the fact that he had multiple customers, he made sure we were well taken care of and checked in with us constantly to make sure we were okay. We're grateful for our experience, and not once did we feel like we were being pressured or pushed to make a quick decision. We felt like our thoughts and situation were fully heard, and we are happy with both of our experiences. More
