This will be a mixed review. I purchased my 3rd Jeep from you. I pay cash for everything and I love my ride. My Jeep ended up being close to $85,000. I like my Jeep so much we ordered one for my husband. Here is where things get dicey. Ken Garff West Valley you went from a firm 5 to a dismal -20. We cannot get this Jeep finished and delivered. Your empty promises get worse by the minute. No callbacks, no color choices, too many oops. You have hung up on me 3 times today. If you can't get the parts, just tell me you can't get the parts. If someone was handing me ANOTHER 80K I would drink some dark green tin and fabricate those miserable rims. I wish so badly that I would not have done business with you. I think this is the most miserable, short sited experience I have had in a long long time. I am so disgusted with you and your shoddy customer service of which there is none, I wouldn't be surprised if we aborted this decision and you can mess with some other poor stupid fool, who would then be subjected to your special form of pain. But as far as we are concerned you are finished, dragging your feet, hanging up on us, can't, won't, don't think so, and totally and unequivocally finished with you. If we ever get this second Jeep I hope the tail lights work, because it is the last you will see of us. You might not need us but then again you might. More

3rd Truck Purchased from here I have mixed feelings about my experience this go around. I had a 2012 RAM 3500 that was part of a buy back order from the Chrysler Corp. The letter f I have mixed feelings about my experience this go around. I had a 2012 RAM 3500 that was part of a buy back order from the Chrysler Corp. The letter from Chrysler stated that I was to bring in my truck and it would be bought back for fair market value PLUS 10%. This worked out in my favor as I still owed 35K on my truck and it was still worth 41k. So plus 10% is approx 45k total. When I brought this up to the salesman, he had his manager come talk to me. The manager told me that the Chrysler buy back would have to be handled directly through Chrysler and not the dealership and that it was going to be a nightmare for me. What he suggested instead, was to trade in my truck for the same price and then just buy a new one. I was okay with that as long as I got what I was owed and into another truck for the same payments or even close to the same payments. I understand that a 2016 is going to be more than a 2012. After some very brief back and forth over the price of a 2016 that I liked, I was told that I would be financed at a particular rate with a particular payment. I agreed to those terms and handed them the keys to my 2012. The store was very busy and as I waited to finalize the deal with Justin in Finance, he told me that because he was backed up with customers, I could take the new truck and come back in a couple days and he would have the paperwork ready. I came back a couple days later and as we started signing all the paperwork he showed me the interest rate and the payment. Both were higher than what I had been told/shown originally. Justin was extremely nice and helpful and even tried to figure out how that rate and payment was possible. After looking at several options it became clear to me that the manager who told me that initial rate and payment was just making it up so that I would agree. As the title states, this is the 3rd time I have bought a truck from Ken Garff West Valley because of the way I was treated each time. I will probably remain loyal, but I will shop around next time first. I mentioned that I was a 3 time customer, but that didn't seem to matter to anyone. I have a mark down the side of the new truck, that I am told, will be taken care of when I bring it back next week, but after reading a ton of reviews regarding the service department, I am concerned that it won't be as easy as I was told.....we'll see. So over all it wasn't a horrible experience, but there was some less than truthful promises made to me. Great experiences with Clayton and Justin. More

Not only was our truck which in great shape not even worth the residual, but the price was less than a competitor would give me.. Justin as much as told me to go elsewhere. He was will less than willing to tell me how much they would purchase my truck as a down payment. Trying to hide it since they knew it was a ridiculous offer. At the time of the purchase of our truck I thought Ken Garff was a good dealership, wrong. Returning customer have no value to them, and I feel as Ken Garff has taken advantaged of us. Justin clearly wanted to be elsewhere and was more than happy to give a competitor our business. More
