John did an excellent job and taking us through all the features and benefits of the pilot touring versus other models. John Butler is a very nice person and he was very helpful in our purchase. He is simple, straightforward and to the point (no hard selling). We had a great experience buying a new Accord at Suburban Honda. We visited / called around at least 4-5 different dealers in the area, and this was by far the most pleasing interaction. Everyone assisting us, starting with Jon Quick, and all the way up to Karl, the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager, was very helpful, courteous and efficient. We received a great price for the new car and excellent trade-in offer. Jon took his time getting my dad familiar with the new car, patiently answered every question and was very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this location. More

My daughter paid cash (7 years of savings) for a 2021 Honda Civic EX. Delivery would be delayed for a month due to a back-ordered part. This was unacceptable for several reasons, including the fact that Honda Civic EX. Delivery would be delayed for a month due to a back-ordered part. This was unacceptable for several reasons, including the fact that she was already paying insurance on this vehicle. I spoke with a sales manager, Karl Stuef, and calmly explained the situation. He called back within an hour and said he resolved the issue by taking the part from another vehicle on their lot. That is good customer service! The only negative was the poor detailing done on this vehicle. I don't expect a preowned vehicle to be perfect, but cleaning up sticky spills and dirty upholstery is pretty basic when detailing a vehicle for sale. More

We had the privilege of meeting Sam Z when we came to Suburban looking for our new car. We'd been a Honda family since '93 but had checked out 5 other dealerships/makes before heading to Suburban, just t Suburban looking for our new car. We'd been a Honda family since '93 but had checked out 5 other dealerships/makes before heading to Suburban, just to be sure the CRV was what we wanted. Having gone from the 2 of us in a Civic to a family of 6 in an Odyssey and then a Pilot, we were looking for something smaller to fit in our new home's garage, but big enough cargo space to fit a few massage tables for classes I teach. Sam was attentive without being pushy, making it clear that our satisfaction with what we were buying was his biggest priority. He was super patient with all of our questions. I am not a fan of car buying - never have been, but Sam's welcome, respectful demeanor, along with a ready smile and a great, easy laugh, made the process, well, dare I say fun? He assured us that our relationship with him did not end at the sale; he encouraged us to get in touch with him with any questions we had, which was very reassuring. We had the opportunity to meet Sales Mgr. Carl and Jeff Smith in service - both great guys. More
