Katrin Bassenger is a superb customer service representative. Truly, it was the most enjoyable car purchase we have ever experienced (and we have owned many, many cars as my husband is a fan of representative. Truly, it was the most enjoyable car purchase we have ever experienced (and we have owned many, many cars as my husband is a fan of buying cars)! I did not walk in expecting to walk out with a car but Katrin listened to what I wanted, kept searching the inventory and suddenly after looking at a few different choices, the perfect car rolled off the truck literally while we were standing there. She knew it had all of the appointments that I was looking for (and even some I didn't know I wanted!). She was not going to let me settle for anything less. She let the process happen organically, took her time and not once did I feel rushed or pressured to close a deal. Another thing we loved was that she didn't have to consult the computer to answer to our questions because she already knew the answers. She clearly does her homework which in turn instilled a sense confidence in us as we made a choice in a very big purchase. We cannot say enough superlatives about Katrin. Also, the GM, Antony Chandler, came over to say hello and Tyler Hillier from service stopped by to give us his card and an invitation to call him with anything we needed. Thank you, thank you. PS: yes, I love my car!!! More
