My entire experience at South Bay was absolutely wonderful. Everyone on the staff was so welcoming and kind, and they made the process of buying my car so effortless and enjoyable. I have recently returned to South Bay Hyundai (18 months now), since parting ways with this dealership around 5 years ago! I would say the number 1 reason I came back is my Service Advisor - Kei. He is knowledgeable, professional and transparent - which is a winning combination for a service department. He has won over my loyalty and I won't work with another advisor!
