5 hour wait for 12:00pm appointment for standard 5000 mile service. I arrived at 11:47am and checked out at 5:17pm I asked for new windshield wiper blades, and they replaced only the two on the front wi mile service. Oil Change appointment only, but bombarded with additional services/cost even before the inspection to determine what services the car actually needs? No printed work order nor disclaimer that South Bay Hyundai dealer now charges a 3% fee for using your credit card for payment ( you see it later on the bill only). I have always paid via credit card on my previous service visits. More
