Matt is an excellent service advisor. I’ve been to many of the local competitors and Matt wins the business for BMW Westlake. He’s efficient, quick and no bother. Two examples in the past I’ve been to many of the local competitors and Matt wins the business for BMW Westlake. He’s efficient, quick and no bother. Two examples in the past month, x6 needed a water pump, part was there job was dune the same day as oil change under warranty. X7 had a front driver clunk, sway bar link, there the next day to be installed under warranty. To me car brand ownership is heavily weighted toward service and dealer experience, Matt provides that for me. More
