The team at Riata ford is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Their sales rep Nick worked timely with me on sending info and keeping in contact with me for the days leading up to my purchase. Nick kept me with. Their sales rep Nick worked timely with me on sending info and keeping in contact with me for the days leading up to my purchase. Nick kept me in constant notice of the status of my new truck and fired off timely replies to any questions I had. Jeff on the finance team worked timely and straight forward with me making sure everything was done with my bank, as well as everything I needed from the dealership. This team put me in my new F-150 and I couldn’t be happier about my new truck and the whole process of buying this vehicle start to finish. More

I think it's always a pretty stressful experience when purchasing a new vehicle because you never know if something will go wrong. You place a lot of trust in the hands of other people and hope that they purchasing a new vehicle because you never know if something will go wrong. You place a lot of trust in the hands of other people and hope that they take care of you. I traded in my Tacoma that I purchased brand new for a used Explorer and I couldn't be happier that I did. From the moment I walked on the lot, the members of Riata took great care of me. There were some hiccups along the way and a few fixes that needed to take place, but they all stepped up and did an amazing job. It was a very stressful time for me and everyone here has been so kind and helpful. I wanted to say a special thank you to Michael, Nick, Jeff, Randall, Jay, Kelsey, Aaron, and the rest of the service techs. There has been added pressure with getting everything ready for the holidays and driving to visit family, and you all have ensured that this will be a successful trip and a satisfying purchase. They charge for leak repair and I got and it was still leaking even after they supposedly test every line. Does not hold to their word. I purchased a vehicle from them with a $15 oil change package. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was charged five times that amount. Kelsey wasn I purchased a vehicle from them with a $15 oil change package. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was charged five times that amount. Kelsey wasn’t there so I had to interact with some guy that was very unpleasant. When I asked him about it, his remarks were very smart Alec. How that wasn’t enough to cover the oil blah blah blah. I understand that may be true but maybe that shouldn’t have been offered in the first place. Had I known that I would have gotten my oil changed right down the road in Round rock. More
