During the test drive, Franklin explained every feature in the car and gave us opportunities to test things like adaptive cruise control, lane departure, rear cross traffic alert, etc. Before the appointment, we were torn between three different cars. After one meeting with Franklin, we knew needed to be in the Honda CR-V. My experience with Alex Bernabe was great - he was honest, straight forward, and we were able to work out a good deal. Kelvin in the finance department and Ermis who gave me a breakdown of the cars functionality, were also great. Will definitely recommend them in the future. More
