Ken Kowal at Volvo of Lisle

My reason for coming back to Volvo of Lisle is two fold. I purchased an S40 back in 2005 @ a great price and was very satisfied. The other was because the President(unknown to me) of the company was shopping at my place of work and sincerely listened to my long sad story about, how I totalled my S60 in the recent floods. He then gave me a card without pressure and said if your in the market for another Volvo come by and see us we will take care of you. I went out to Volvo of Lisle, a few days later and I now have a new love a 2010 S80.... Princess is new but definitely an asset to the delearship and appreciated by myself and my husband. Lolita was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! Tom you are PHENOMINAL!!! & Ken thanks for understanding how to make the customer feel important. This team as a whole was patient, kind and genuinely interested in my needs.... even though it was almost closing time they never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy they were still getting us tea & soda and making sure we were comfortable. I love Volvo's and my future purchases will come from this location.

Purchased a CPO Volvo there several weeks ago. After getting the car home, had service light come on the very next day. Also discovered some flaws in the driver's side mirror casing. Took the car in today and the problem with the anti-skid light was fixed. Sales manager had agreed to fix the mirror problem at no charge, once the part came in. Service technicians were efficient, friendly, patient, and thorough.

The sales person I bought the car through was very friendly and patient with me. I would not hesitate to buy another car there again.

Bob and Ken worked extremely hard to meet our needs to find a Volvo XC 60 with the color, options and packages we wanted. They gave us an excellent price and great value for our trade. They were extremely professional and never pressured us into anything. They treated us like family and were extremely attentive to our needs. They had an awesome playroom to keep our kids occupied during the whole process.

We drove to Chicago area from Michigan to look at several cars. This was by far the nicest car we saw and the dealership was very accommodating to our needs as an out of state buyer.

Working with the team members at Volvo of Lisle, I had an extremely good sales experience. John Taylor is a fabulous sales consultant who knows his market well, understands what it means to be competitive and provides outstanding service to the customer.

The performance of all dealership participants met the level of professionalism expected in such transactions.

Even though there are Volvo dealers closer to our home, I'm happy to continue the relationship with the team at Volvo of Lisle. They are well worth the drive.

The sales guys (Rick Winkler, John Taylor, Ken Kowal) here are very friendly, honest, and upfront..which is saying a lot about used car dealerships. Their selection of cars is great, and the cars are inspected and brought upto date on maintenance, and they stand behind them with a 3 month/3,000 mile powertrain warranty. When buying a used car, at least for me, peace of mind wins over price anyday. While only time will tell about my purchase, I feel confident everyday driving my used 2006 Acura TSX that I bought from Volvo of Lisle.

Second Volvo purchase at the Lisle dealership.Working with Bob was a good experience
no pressure everything was straight forward easy car purchase. Everyone at the Lisle dealership are good people to deal with from maintenance to sales if you have a problem with your car old or new they will take care of you and your car.

This is our second Volvo purchase from Volvo of Lisle and this time was easier than the first (and the first was pretty easy). Took our old one in for service and a beautiful copper S60 caught our eye and that was it. Sticker was about $5k more than what I wanted to spend, but the equipment and value sold us. Definitely see John Taylor for a stress-free friendly sales experience.

Ken Kowal made the numbers work for us and Tommy Korallus made the paperwork quick and easy.

Excellent experience all the way around. The salesperson was knowledgeable friendly and engaging. Low pressure pitch was what I look for an he came through. The sales manager was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
