I have always had good service when I come here. This time I’d had to have my KIA Soul towed in because of a flashing engine light malfunction. They scam you with the diagnostic fee of $199. Charged me to “diagnose” a problem with my steering column when I am the one that told them the issue. Then double dipped and charged me another $199 Charged me to “diagnose” a problem with my steering column when I am the one that told them the issue. Then double dipped and charged me another $199.00 for labor for the same function for a $4.00 part. I have been a 15 year Kua customer who has bought 2 new cars and a used car. I am selling my new 2022 Kua Sportage and will never do business with a Kia dealer again. Hope you enjoy your $199 charge. You have lost a customer. More
