Smooth experience! I have been an Audi owner for over 20 years and have purchased all of my Audi's at this same dealership. Another great experience Just bought our 7th Audi - a 2018 Glacier White S4 - and yet again I am glad we continue to exclusively use Audi of Charlotte and Walter Shelton! We Just bought our 7th Audi - a 2018 Glacier White S4 - and yet again I am glad we continue to exclusively use Audi of Charlotte and Walter Shelton! We live less than 5 minutes away from the other Charlotte area Audi dealer yet drive 35 mins to Audi of Charlotte for many reasons including Walter. He loves the brand and has been selling Audi since 1989. As an enthusiast of the brand that means a lot to me. We will be back for more and we will always seek out Walter as our contact! More

Worst Audi place to get a car or service it! Arrogant receptionists and rip off prices! Took my car there this time, just for the air bag recall, and left w/ a damaged air conditioning and a burn Arrogant receptionists and rip off prices! Took my car there this time, just for the air bag recall, and left w/ a damaged air conditioning and a burned radio. Went back to complain, but he said there was nothing they could do, because I had a after market radio and they were not sure my air conditioning was working to begin with (like calling me lier to my face!). This Dishonest guys probably damaged everything by doing the work without even disconnecting my battery. They know may car and they know my air was working, because I had work done there a few times before, only because it’s the closest dealer, (but never again!) and every time I did, they always come up w/ a rip off ticket of no less than $1000, spent close to $4000 there, with few simple works done. I’m beginning to think that, because I didn’t spend any money this time and did just the free recall thing, they decided to screw me! More

Listened and located exactly what I wanted I was really pressed in finding a vehicle in a short time. My previous car was totalled and I needed some form of transportation. While they had quite I was really pressed in finding a vehicle in a short time. My previous car was totalled and I needed some form of transportation. While they had quite the selection on the lot, I had very specific wants in my next car. Richard was able to locate the vehicle really fast, and have it brought in. I was even offered a loaner until my car came in, as it was coming from a few states away. Definitely would but again from Audi of Charlotte, and Richard was a fantastic sales person, he listened to everything I asked. More

He listened and heard where I was coming from and he shared his extensive knowledge in a non threatening way. I feel like I can trust him to look for a WIN/ WIN for both me and the dealership. Service: Ken took care of me to get the Audi A3 the care for which it was due: an extensive 35,000 mile work up which was $0.00 - all fully covered. He's helped me with prior repair needs - helping me to make cost effective decisions. More

Outstanding Customer Relations I leased my 2017 Audi Q5 one year ago. At that time Richard Gouhin efficiently and professionally facilitated my trading a vehicle for our Audi. We I leased my 2017 Audi Q5 one year ago. At that time Richard Gouhin efficiently and professionally facilitated my trading a vehicle for our Audi. We have spoken during this past year, but have had limited interaction. Last week I took my Audi into the dealership for its annual service (10,000 mi). It was Richard's day off and he had golf plans. Nevertheless, he changed his personal plans to meet me when I arrived. We spent some time discussing the Audi, golf and life in general.
