When we decided to fly to Scottsdale to see the car he picked us up at the Airport, took us to the dealership and helped us through an easy, honest and seamless buying process. Once we purchased the car he oversaw the installation of PPF and arranged for shipping. As the car was being picked up for shipment he took the time to send us the FINAL-ready to go video. This morning I called and and a smile was brought to my face as Andy greeted me with the happiest good mornings. I inquired about a vehicle and he was able to confirm they had it on the lot and would make face as Andy greeted me with the happiest good mornings. After we decided to purchase the vehicle Andy made everything effortless and timely and over the last few weeks of looking at cars I have realized timely and great communication is rare now days so he was a breathe of fresh air! Helped get us not only a great deal but a great and hassle free fun experience. Thank you Andy for helping me and my little ones find a reliable and well taken care of vehicle! Also would love to mention Kerry in the Finance Department who helped, was also timely but friendly and helped my mom and I make sure we were protected for the next two years with a great warranty at the best deal he could get us knowing it was for me and my three young children. I had been looking for a used SL for some time. Being from the valley and having a business in Tempe, I was very familar with Benz & Beemers. I had recently relocated to Virgina and just continued my search in a variety of places. Finally, I saw the car that we wanted and inquired about the car. Andy responded back in a very timely manner and from that moment until the car arrived at our home in Va., he was extremely personable, professional and detail oriented. Andy's communications and follow up were always timely and provided me with all the necessary information I needed. I had my manager go by the dealership to preview the car for me and Andy was extremely helpful in making that happen. Once we solidified the deal, everything was done in a very professional manner, they made arrangements to have the vehicle shipped to us and he called every step of the way to make sure the vehicle arrived when promised and that we were completely satisfied with it and our experience. This is only the second time in my life that I have purchased a vehicle sight unseen, but would not hesitate using Andy again in the future as his client service and attention to detail, exceeded my expectations!
