We were greeted upon entering Beau Townsend Ford immediately. My husband had e-mailed the dealership earlier and had gotten a response from a representative. That salesman was called away, so we dealt with Johnny. After returning from a test-drive, Johnny went over the sales information with us. He was friendly, but not high pressuring. He went over pricing,trade-in,car functions with us...he even put my phone in the sync. system. Kevin Berger went over the financing and warranty information. He,too, was friendly and non-pressuring. We were treated with respect and friendliness by others as we waited for the car to be readied for our car to be ready to bring home. They wanted to make sure that we had been helped. The price was good and they gave us an additional $1000 on the trade-in from the original offer. We were treated well; we do have a 2012 red Ford Escape sitting in our driveway. Thank you. Was very happy with Mike on the sales staff. I sent requests to 6 different dealers and three sent me MSRP's (not what I asked for) Not one person made the sale but as a team they were successfull. Beau townsend was not the best price but had what I wanted. More
