Unexpectedly Good EXperience We went to RBM of Alpharetta expecting the usual car dealership experience which is not good. Kyle Edson was our sales person at RBM Mercedes of Alph We went to RBM of Alpharetta expecting the usual car dealership experience which is not good. Kyle Edson was our sales person at RBM Mercedes of Alpharetta and our experience was wonderful. WE found two cars that met our specifications and Kyle patiently showed us both car and allowed us time to make the right decision. Kyle was very straight forward and upfront during the entire transaction.. He was not pushy or glib which is a huge turn off for us. .. RMB and Kyle made the experience easy and the followup was excellent. The car was a 2015 and needed a few minor tweaks which were well done in a timely manner. We will not only refer RMB to other people but also to Kyle Edson, a real professional. More

GLK 350 Kyle Edson was our sales person at RBM Mercedes of Alpharetta and our entire experience was fantastic. I found the exact car I was looking for and for Kyle Edson was our sales person at RBM Mercedes of Alpharetta and our entire experience was fantastic. I found the exact car I was looking for and for the price I wanted. There was no haggling. Kyle was very straight forward and upfront. He was not pushy which is a huge turn off for me. I would have walked out the door if I felt that way. It is unfortunate that not all dealerships are like this. RMB has made the experience so easy and stressless that I will never buy a car anywhere else. I will not only refer RMB to other people but I will also send them to Kyle Edson. More

VERY INSIGHTFUL RBM ALPHARETTA dealership was a great experience. We came in with uncertainty of not only what brand, but what type of model within the Mercedes line RBM ALPHARETTA dealership was a great experience. We came in with uncertainty of not only what brand, but what type of model within the Mercedes line. Kyle Edson did an excellent job of listening, educating us on the differences and advantages between the GL, GLC and GLA until my wife and I found our best match of options and features. Kyle was easy to interact with and was always very responsive with follow up on questions and updates. Would definitely recommend both RBM and Kyle Edson. More
