My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I am new to the BMW family. I decided to purchase a certified pre-owned 328xi a little over a year ago. I have gone to service a few times since I have owned the vehicle.

Jeremy has been very helpful and understanding. He has really shown great customer service and helped address any concerns I have shared with him. On separate occasions for my service needs, I worked with Jeff, Larry and more recently, Rich. Even when I had frustrations, they each helped explain the situations better for me to understand and they did their very best to assist me.

I truly appreciate the service as it definitely impacts my first time experience with BMW and all that the Park Ave Dealership has to offer. I have already sent friends and family to the dealership and I recommend the services to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
I have always had my vehicle serviced at Park Ave and can't think of a better place to have my car cared for. I had a major electrical issue and they work very hard to make sure that BMW stood behind the car. I was so upset that I was ready to get rid of my BMW and go to a different manufacturer. I am a product of a GM family and now I can't imagine myself in anything but a BMW. These guys are the best thing that ever happened to the car buisness. From the moment you pull up you have a state of the art facility, customer service that is second to none. Then while they were servicing my car Larry actually e-mailed me pictures of the progress. I got the car back washed and vacumed too. The loaner car program is also a great system. I informed the guy I was considering moving up to a 5 series and he said ok they you can have a 5 series as a loner to see how you like it. Well the salesman really owes his next sale to that loaner car guy. I am currently building my new 5 series to what I want and plan to buy it in the next six months. I don't know if these guys know just how much they help themself by being such great people to the customer. Larry is the best service writer you can get and David runs a great department. Thank you both for helping me with my car and for those reading this don't think of going anywhere else, these guys are the best.

Larry Weiner has been servicing my 3 series BMW coupe for three years now his attention to details and level of customer service is just AWESOME! He is truly a pleasure to deal with. My most recent service vistit also included a full detail and I was truly impressed my car looked like glass. Another great effort this dealership continues to up their game. Park Ave is the BEST!

Park Ave BMW service i recommend to anyone. The staff, the service the facility the entire operation is 10 years ahead of its time. I have owned 12 cars in my time and never experienced the level of service i have received from Park Ave in their new South Hackensack location. Sometimes I feel like I’m a secret agent or part of some secret organization when I pull my car in for service. They are so high tech it feels so unreal because I never seen this type of top-level service before.

I had a problem with my Heater in my BMW 328 and it was freezing and is the middle of winter ,no heat at all so after calling their service center they said to bring it right down. That was my appointment. I was very happy they could take me right away. But when I arrived I was shocked to see them waiting for me with a loaner car and a mechanic ready to work on it as soon as I pulled the car into their garage.

Larry Weiner my service professional and now superstar to me in which I like to call him because of his incredible Love for his job and BMW itself in which shows in his superior service and accommodations that I actually look forward to taking my car into being serviced. My BMW loves it too.

Park Ave BMW is the best and I have to say they are so good that every other car dealership car make and model will now suffer by comparison in my book and for the rest of my life due to Park Ave's superior service and establishment that they run. Please see for yourself and buy ,lease or just get your BMW serviced from Park Ave BMW . You wont ever be disappointed. THEY ARE THE BEST. And they are out of this world when it comes to their service center.

My Review of Park Ave BMW:
As a customer of Park Avenue since the early 1990's, I continue to be impressed and amazed by their service. My latest experience was for my 2011 750i. For reasons that had nothing to do with Park Avenue, the finish on my car (with 14,000 miles) was not up to my standards. On initial inspection, Larry called in his manager and they approved a wax and compound on the paint. Larry phoned me to say that they were still not satisfied with the finish, and were going to wet sand the paint; a process that would take a full day. When I got the ar back, not only did it look better than any 750 in a show room, but Larry has the car fully serviced so that I could avoid a future service appointment within the next 300 or 400 miles. I have worked with Larry at Park Avenue service since I bought my first used 535i in 1992. He treated me like a long time customer back then, and I have gone on to purchase over 10 5 series, x5s, and most recently a 750 from Park Ave as a result.

My wife and I looked at many dealers while shopping for a new car. We have known Larry Weiner, in service, personally for many years but have never owned a BMW. Larry made us feel confident Park Ave BMW was the right place. Tom Bonarrigo in sales was an absolute professional from start to finish. Tom gave us the information we needed and provided us with many insights we had not considered. He anticipated our needs and wasted no time. Bill Aquino in finance professionally walked me through the paper work smoothly. We got our first BMW and my wife and son are thrilled. Every one at Park Ave BMW was kind and professional. We got a great car and I would recommend this team to anyone.
