Great experience & service 1st time buying from Phillips & had a great experience. Lisa was awesome to work with. She did not pressure us or try to push stuff we didn't want. Sh 1st time buying from Phillips & had a great experience. Lisa was awesome to work with. She did not pressure us or try to push stuff we didn't want. She listened to us & made sure we were comfortable our entire visit & through the buying process. She came in on her day off because that was the day that worked best for us & also stayed late to make sure we made it through the financing process without any questions. Mike was also great to make sure we were well taken care of & regularly checked in with us. Yasin was very helpful walking us through all the paperwork & made sure to get us out as quick as possible. This was our 1st purchase from Phillips, but we will definitely be back again when it's time for our next purchase. More

Buy there yes Service no. Service department has there heads up there hind ends. Brought my new vehicle in to have two things done. They called the next day saying your good. Of course the part they screwed up was never touched. "You will need to make another appointment for that." If I new I was the only person this has happened to I might consider it a fluke.
