The staff is friendly but the service time is excessive. It takes 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. At a mechanic this service is 40 minutes. I’m not typically one to write a poor review on a business or an individual, but this was/is the exception. I have had repetitive issues with the service department in particular - specifically the l business or an individual, but this was/is the exception. I have had repetitive issues with the service department in particular - specifically the lack of customer service skills and customer service training. I brought my truck in for a “check engine light” assessment and intervention multiple times within a 2-4 month period. I can understand when timing is problematic and the particular issue is not evident on evaluation of the vehicle; however, the absolute lack of explanation, the overt laziness in assessment and diagnostics, and the condescending responses from this particular employee are the reasons that I will not seek service from this business in the future. I don’t feel that I can trust this service department with my vehicle, and I would not recommend seeking their advice or service to friends or family in the area. More
