I needed something very specific because of the nature of my work and he steered me in the right direction the entire time. Didn't try to oversell anything. Buying a truck for work is serious but also should be fun and exciting. He knew when to get serious and talk about capability and functionality but also knew when to be fun and tell you all the cool and powerful things the truck would be able to do. I was also on a tight timetable for making the purchase and last minute we needed to scramble and get another vehicle. They found exactly what I wanted and helped in ways that I have only experienced at 1 other dealership in my life. To say that Luke and his team members went above and beyond is an understatement. Most people who sell anything never have the ability to make it fun AND serious but Luke made this seem natural and effortless. Would definitely recommend any of my friends to him when buying a new vehicle. More
