Great Experience I purchased a new 2019 Ford Explorer from Ian Stegman (new car sales) awesome guy. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the perfect ve I purchased a new 2019 Ford Explorer from Ian Stegman (new car sales) awesome guy. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the perfect vehicle. He was great, very friendly and even gave us vouchers to have lunch there and by the way was pretty good. I ordered some running boards and weather tech mats from Kevin McKinnon (after market director). Shawn in (vehicle delivery and technology) was great and set-up everything for me. I noticed some scratches on the vehicle and Shawn setup the appointment for me. I also met with Lyndi Sage-Walker (Shawn's boss) and she had arranged for a loaner car that was ready for me when I dropped mine off. Picked up my car and it had been detailed and topped off with fuel. Wonderful buying experience. More

He was so calm and cool until even sitting there going through the purchasing details,I could feel my stress level subsiding. Good experience buying new F150. My wife and I stopped in to see about trading my 2011 Toyota Tundra for an F150. Marco helped us choose one that had the options I wanted and in our p My wife and I stopped in to see about trading my 2011 Toyota Tundra for an F150. Marco helped us choose one that had the options I wanted and in our price range, a new 2018 F150 Supercrew Sport. After going back and forth a few times and me being adamant that I knew what I wanted for my trade and what I was willing to pay, a deal was made. Overall, we were there for about 3.5 hours, including talking the F150 for a test drive and going through financing. I've been through much worse. We were disappointed when we were ready to leave with the new truck and my wife noticed a large chip in the windshield that wasn't there during the test drive. I went back in to let Marco know and he made sure paperwork was completed to have a new windshield installed. Lyndi in customer service setup a service appointment to replace the windshield the following week and Jason in service took care of everything with no further incidents. They even gave a 2019 F150 as a loaner for the day. We've had a few painful experiences at other dealerships in the past but our experience at Planet Ford was a positive one. Thank you for working with us and we love the new F150! More

Tiny Discount, unaffordable $588 mo payment with my insurance at $205 mo. It Hurts!!, because I paid too much for this F-150. Veterans are on a budget and this was a slap in the face.
