Great customer service. Fabian was accurate on the time when my truck was going to be finished. I bought my Truck at Planet Nissan Their customer service is terrible. Henderson Nissan knows how to treat a customer and be honest and efficient. I very happy with my truck I felt like I made a bad choice buying a Nissan over a Toyota because they have excellent customer service and Honda has great customer service too. I felt Nissan wasn’t that great. I left satisfy at Henderson Nissan. Keep up the good work. More

This dealer is nice and friendly, Julio is always helpful and patient, anytime I buy I car I'll always have him help me! The service department is very efficient and fast, they usually take less than an hour and patient, anytime I buy I car I'll always have him help me! The service department is very efficient and fast, they usually take less than an hour to fix any issues and without an appointment as well, 5 stars to them all, definitely the perfect place to buy a car without feeling the pressure and desperation from every sales person! Ask for Julio, he's your guy when trying to get a new car! More

Had an engine replaced, was given 2 options a Used with X amount of miles VS a New for $3k more. Elected for the NEW….only 2 find out what was placed was a “rebuilt” engine NOT new. Didn’t even bring car ou amount of miles VS a New for $3k more. Elected for the NEW….only 2 find out what was placed was a “rebuilt” engine NOT new. Didn’t even bring car out clean after $10k. I complained, was offered a full service detail, but they didn’t knowledge that was ever offered when I tried 2 schedule. I DID receive a free full synthetic oil change last week, they were very nice, quick AND returned it clean! Still waiting for my full detail. More
