I haven't purchased a car for 20 years, so this was a fairly new experience for me. The sales person and finance associate were fine though I feel they kinda "assumed" I knew the process & service contra fairly new experience for me. Our experience in Mark Kia was great! The whole process was very fast. The fastest I’ve ever experienced in a dealership. They had us out of there in less than 3 hours. Everyone was very helpful. Need training on LLC’s and how they are legal ways to purchase vehicles. Also they lie constantly just because they are uneducated.
