Came into Mark Kia looking for a specific car, come to find out when I got there that the car was not at the dealership yet. Derrick Moorehead was exceptional. He wasn’t even the original sales consultant. He took it upon himself though to show me everything about the Jeep I bought. Took me back to the service department to ma original sales consultant. He took it upon himself though to show me everything about the Jeep I bought. I haven't purchased a car for 20 years, so this was a fairly new experience for me. The sales person and finance associate were fine though I feel they kinda "assumed" I knew the process & service contra fairly new experience for me.
