Had a great all around experience with Marlenne Garcia and the whole team at Bill Jacobs BMW. I spent a few months sorting out what would be the best vehicle for me and Marlenne spent lots of time and ene and the whole team at Bill Jacobs BMW. I spent a few months sorting out what would be the best vehicle for me and Marlenne spent lots of time and energy helping me sort through that process. I ended up ordering a 2024 X5. The build process was quick and went well. I’m really enjoying my first few days with my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend Marlenne and Bill Jacobs BMW. More

The dealership excels at customer service and timely follow up. Every call, text and email was responded to quickly. All my questions and concerns were addressed no matter how big or small.
