I’m on my third Mini from Herb Chambers and the one main reason for repeats is the great service dept. Mark is exceptional! He greets every customer by their first name and makes you feel as if your car is reason for repeats is the great service dept. Mark is exceptional! He greets every customer by their first name and makes you feel as if your car is the only one in service bay no matter how busy they are. It really is rather unusual to have such faith in a service department these days.But thanks to Mark I do! I really don’t think I would be a repeat customer if it weren’t for that fact. More

Your service techs are ALWAYS personable and friendly(! ), doing everything from - keeping me up to curve on whatever maintenance my vehicle needs now and in the future, to - the time necessary to do ), doing everything from - keeping me up to curve on whatever maintenance my vehicle needs now and in the future, to - the time necessary to do that work, to - where to find the best eats within walking distance! On my most recent visit I needed a key battery replaced. In my experience those tend to be pricey. Your tech took BOTH of my vehicles keys and replaced their batteries, free of charge. Courtesies like these build trust in your dealership and have earned my loyalty going forward. 5 stars service for certain. More
