My Review of Byers Toyota:
The customer service is like non other at Byers. When I was a kid I can remember my dad taking me along to purchase his boat of a car and the salesman offering us sodas. I guess "Mo" Mike Ohler has that old school mentality. I was astounded when he offered me a soda to drink during my buying process. Not only that, but Mo knew what he was doing and got the ball rolling. I didn't buy right away as I wanted to negotiate the pricing and Mo understood that. His patience was excellent. Mo knew that going to the grass roots of customer service is what it's about - not pressuring, and allowing me to feel as comfortable as possible.

The quality of work was excellent and precise. There was nothing hidden and I did not feel pressured. Matt Darling was great in the finance department. Everything was in order and correct. A few months later I even purchased an extended vehicle warranty due to the reseach I had done. Understand this, my wife has a Honda and they also make great vehicles. Honda Marysville told us the Toyota extended warranty plan is HANDS DOWN the best there is. This came from the finance manager at Honda Marysville! He even suggested that I get it! So I did.

It ceratinly makes a difference when people seem to enjoy their job and know what they're doing. The friendliness of ALL the staff at Byers Toyota was great. I even found out that the truck I bought was owned by the service agent, Josh Lewis. Josh had installed an aftermarket electronic braking box and said he still had the instuction manual to it. Josh actually brought it in and gave it to me the week after buying the truck! It would have been very easy for him not to care, but he did.

My overall experience with the dealership was above and beyond excellent. I have referred several of my friends to this dealership who have purchased Toyota vehicles and will continue to do so as long as Byers Toyota continues to make customer service number one.

My Review of Byers Toyota:
We have dealt with Billie and Brian for the last 3 years. We had been involved in an accident with our RAV4 and it was very emotional. Billie and Brian were both very helpful and understanding. We told them what we would like to do and they were able to put together a deal that would work for us. We have both our Toyotas serviced there and Tara and Josh in the service department have always gone the extra mile to make us feel important. Matt Darling in the finance area made us feel very important as he has done in the past and made the process very smooth.

My Review of Byers Toyota:
This is the fourth car we have purchased from this dealership. I shop all dealers in a fifty mile area, and always end up at Byers. We bought a 2005,a 2008,and a 2012 Sienna van, and also a used Mercury station wagon my husband really wanted! The three new vans can't be beat, and believe me, I tried! They even found the Mercury for my husband when he told them what he wanted.

Matt was our first experience with Byers in 2005, and sold me on the dealership.
He was a great salesman, and is a very good finance manager. I see no reason to
go elsewhere.

Steve Bennett was new to me, but he was so helpful, and hit it off with my husband quite well. We came to a mutual price rather quickly, and it was painless and efficient. I must comment on the trade-in negotiations, which also surprised me.
I am used to a real tug of war to get a price I can live with, and was amazed to
get a reasonable price. I didn't even dicker! This is amazing and a little strange!
I like to argue, and your used car guy was so good, I just agreed. Darn!

We will be happy to recommend Byers to anyone, and thank you for the quality of your people and your dealership.

My Review of Byers Toyota:
I would highly recommend John Hess and this Toyota dealership. Even my friend, who was with me when I bought my new Highlander, said she would return to Byers for her next new car purchase.
Everyone was very helpful and respectful.
In 2007 I went to a Toyota dealership in Columbus, Ohio and had a very negative experience so I was not sure what to expect when I pulled into Byers Toyota in Delaware, Ohio.
As I stated previously, this experience was outstanding.

Thank you John Hess, Bryan D., Matt and Byers Toyota for an outstanding car buying experience.

My Review of Byers Toyota:
The process to purchase our new 2011 Camry today was very smooth. We called yesterday and got the ball rolling with financing. Today we went out and test drove the exact car we wanted to purchase and looked at the others on the lot. Bill was able to answer all the questions we had as far as options as they had 3-4 cars in the color we wanted. The dealership was busy today (Saturday), but we were well taken care of while we waited just a short while before we did the paperwork. Matthew had taken care of the financing for us before we ever arrived and that saved a lot of time. He explained everything very well and we are very happy with the pricing. When we first arrived at Byers, I was out looking around while my husband went in to let our salesman know we had arrived. I was approached by a couple of different people to see if they could help me. They approached me in a very "non-pushy" way which I appreciated! The dealership is nice, very clean and everyone is very friendly. I would highly recommend Bill and Matthew and would encourage anyone looking for a car to visit Byers Toyota. Our new car is parked in the garage, next to my '08 Corolla, also purchased at Byers. Our son will need to purchase a car within the next year and we will take him to Byers to work with Bill. Many thanks Byers Toyota!
