The car buying experience is not something I was looking forward too, however it was time. I searched for a few weeks, with no luck, before I went to South Charlotte VW. All of the other dealerships weren't interested in the car I wanted to buy, only what they wanted to sell me. When I arrived at South Charlotte VW, Matt Hettel sat down with me and asked what I was looking for. He was attentive and truly listened to my needs and what I was looking for. He was able to find the car that worked best based on my information. He didn't try to "sell" me on something I didn't want. I am so happy I decided to purchase from South Charlotte VW. The visit to this dealership was surprisingly comfortable and low-pressure compared to my previous experiences with dealerships. What contributed to my purchase of a car here was the atmosphere. Matt Hettel made it amazingly lax when we were talking about price points, warranties, etc. I felt the decisions I made were in confidence and were comfortable. I didn't feel pressure in the sense that I was being rushed to a decision. I don't believe I was put in a position that I would regret in the future. Overall, the friendly atmosphere made the stress of buying a new car less so. More
