From the moment I walked into Falmouth Toyota I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist politely greeted me and walked me over to sales associate Ken Collings. Ken took his time to answer all of my questions (most of them without me even having to ask). I also had the pleasure of meeting with Matt Murphy, manager, who helped me decide what type of vehicle would fit my lifestyle the best. I never felt pressured into anything - it was clear their primary concern was to help me gain knowledge of what type of vehicle would meet my needs versus just making a sale and sending me on my way. Both Matt and Ken cared about my safety as if they were picking out a vehicle for a family member of their own. I also met with Justin White in the business department to finalize financial arrangements. Justin explained every to-be-signed document in detail, this was comforting to me as the last dealership experience I had I felt very rushed. I am now a happy owner of a 2022 Toyota Camry hybrid - it is such peace of mind to know I have such a safe, reliable vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go to Falmouth Toyota and I couldn’t be more thankful for the help I received! More
