As a Parts and Service Director for the dealership, I am always available for my team. I work hard to build a winning team that can help our dealership succeed. I have been a part of the auto industry for 28 years and joined Rallye BMW in 2006. In 2015, I won the Customer First Service award, two times. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, boating, soccer, and being with my family. So far, I have been to many countries around the word and 20 US states. Working with organizations that conduct cancer research is something I have done over the years. Soccer, hockey, and swimming are some of my favorite hobbies. I am a big fan of the automotive industry, and can't wait to provide you with an exceptional service experience!

The employees always remember me and address me by name. I am treated as a VIP even though I did not purchase my BMW at Rallye. The service at Rallye is superior as always. Usually I have an appointment for my car, but this time I didn't. We called Matt Carlson and he in turn, left us a message that if there was a problem with one have an appointment for my car, but this time I didn't. We called Matt Carlson and he in turn, left us a message that if there was a problem with one of our cars, we should bring it in the next morning and he would take care of it. From the moment I pulled my car into the bays,spoke with the greeters and then with Matt,the BMW experience was professional as ever.They gave me a loaner car and within 15-20 minutes I was on my way home. About 3 hours later my own car was ready. Thank you for your terrific service and professionalism. More

Although we have long been customers of Rallye, this is our first experience in purchasing a Certified Pre Owned BMW. When purchasing the car I was completely satisfied with the car and everything about it. I recently brought it in for my second service appointment in which things could not have gone smoother. I was a little late in bringing the vehicle in and got no problems whatsoever, received a great loaner and was out within 15 minutes. I got a call several hours later telling me my car was ready, and when picking it up was treated with the same friendliness and compitence I had been given in the morning. Couldn't have had friendlier/faster service and I will recommend to anyone interested in a BMW. More
