I have been a part of the auto industry for 28 years and joined Rallye BMW in 2006. In 2015, I won the Customer First Service award, two times. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, boating, soccer, and being with my family. So far, I have been to many countries around the word and 20 US states. Working with organizations that conduct cancer research is something I have done over the years. Soccer, hockey, and swimming are some of my favorite hobbies. I am a big fan of the automotive industry, and can't wait to provide you with an exceptional service experience!

Rallye BMW is one of the best dealerships. I shopped around to get the best price and service. Darren Thomsen of Rallye BMW made me feel important and worked with me to get me into the X5 I wanted for around to get the best price and service. I have been a customer of Rallye BMW for some time. Matt Carlson has been my service advisor for many years. Being the attentive person that he is, Matt noticed that my inspection was due to expire and he also took care of that. I have an extremely busy schedule and Matt always goes out of his way to accommodate me. He is very customer service oriented and highly knowledgable on the entire BMW line. My car is always returned to me washed and cleaner than the condition that I dropped it off in, and my car is always finished when promised. This was my first experience with Rallye. I switched from another BMW dealer where the service was horrible, so I was prepared for more of the same. I couldn't have had a better experience! My experience was SO positive that I had to write this review! The service light on my 2010 328xdrive went on so I called my service rep Matt and he said to come right over. I drove straight to Rallye BM review! The service light on my 2010 328xdrive went on so I called my service rep Matt and he said to come right over. I drove straight to Rallye BMW. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes I was in an almost new 328xdrive loaner. That day I learned that my car needed a new air pump which was being shipped next day air. By 3pm the next day I was back in my car which had been given a much needed wash!!! What could be better than that! By the way, I love my car!!!!!!! More

I brought in the car because the strip molding on driver side inside the car came off its retainers, low tire pressure light came on and A/C was not very cooling and regular oil maintenance. Also my key wa side inside the car came off its retainers, low tire pressure light came on and A/C was not very cooling and regular oil maintenance. Also my key was to be re-programmed so that car would automatically lock when speeds up after the start. All these things were fixed except the key was not reprogrammed. apparently he forgot. But now I would have to again make a trip for that and that is not very convenient, I wish everything was taken care of at the same time. Abbas abuwala More
