Clean, courteous, fast. The service waiting area was comfortable. The staff was courteous. The service work was fast. The price estimate for new tires was outrageous, so I could not recommend buying ti comfortable. The staff was courteous. The service work was fast. 1pm Dr appt in KC. The engine light came on at 6:30 am and had meeting at 7. Went to meeting and took car to Machens at 8am. Matthew said they would check it out. Natalie at rental desk said she didn’t th and had meeting at 7. Went to meeting and took car to Machens at 8am. Matthew said they would check it out. Natalie at rental desk said she didn’t think she had any vehicles available. But she quickly checked, found one and said let me verify this is ready to go. Apparently someone had stayed late to clean up a 2020 RAV4 and it was available. We were able to make the trip for my wife’s surgery due to Natalie’s and the fore mentioned person’s extra effort The service depart diagnosed the Sienna’s problem and keep us well informed. Thank you so much for the great service. More

Kamille was great. Scheduling an appointment time is moot as they will get to the vehicle in their own sweet time. Rude employees Called to make appt.—lady who answered was rude. Took my car in for my appt.—service rep. was very rude, didn’t care about anything I had to say & had Called to make appt.—lady who answered was rude. Took my car in for my appt.—service rep. was very rude, didn’t care about anything I had to say & had the attitude that he just wanted me to not bother him with anything. Also took several weeks before I could get an appt. to have my car serviced. I have had my car serviced at this dealership for years, but will be using someone else from now on. More

He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy (which sometimes isn’t easy to find unfortunately), but better yet he saves me money at each visit. Now the Machens Service Guys have a direct number you can text which makes life so much easier to get scheduled, answer questions, etc. I love leaving the service department with new knowledge about my car and how to save myself money. Several bad employees, specifically Matthew Reid, still reside there and need to move on as I don't think they're not interested in getting better at offering service. Oil changes take WAY too long, and I'm still confused as to the reason of scheduling appointments when they are not remotely useful or honored. I had a 7:15am appointment for an oil change and my car wasn't brought in till 9am. Ridiculous! More
