Unfortunately I chose to go here and regret it and they
put my family at risk. I bought a car within 24hrs started shaking really bad, took it into Les schwab and it had a bent wheel, and shocks were bad:

I immediately called Volkswagen to get this fixed. They called said the tires were just rotated and it’s fine come grab it. I did pick it up because they said it was safe. Immediately no it wasnt safe the shake got even worse. Now we’re 2 weeks in and they are trying to go backwards .. fixing shocks, new wheel, and I didn’t mention they pushed out my sensors on the back had to replace those. Now I have a loaner for who knows how long and I had a EV, meaning now I have to pay for gas at 14mpg from the loaner. Then coming out to dealership 3 times now is frustrating. Money and time needs to be compensated. And I don’t get to enjoy my new car. After I get my car back I won’t be coming back.
