My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
This is my sixth Grand Cherokee and my second SRT8 that I have brought from Max Tuta - the guy is very knowledgeable about his job. I always get the best deal in town. Max makes you feel like family - I call him throughout the years when servicing my car for continued care. I would recommend Max to anyone who wants to buy a Jeep or Chrysler product. Excellent sales rep!

When we arrived at the dealership, we were handed off to Max Tuta. We had come there only to take a look at the 2012 jeeps available and while we were looking to replace the Jeep we had, we had no definite plans to buy one that day. Needless to say, Max took us on a tour of their stock and showed us one car that we could see buying, although it had more features than we desired. After some negotiation, he made us a very fair offer that we accepted. Max was friendly, professional and pleasant at the same time. He made us feel more than a potential sale; he was, in short, everything one could hope of a car salesman.

This was our first visit to Manhattan Jeep and will surely not be our last. From the minute we walked in the door, everyone was professional, polite and extremely helpful. We were looking for a car for my daughter that she would enjoy driving, feel safe in and, of course, afford. Everyone involved went above and beyond to make it work for us. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
I went to this dealer specifically for its price. I went there expecting to have to do a lot of work to get the price I wanted. This was the complete opposite. Manhattan Jeep has hired the kindest and easiest person to work with. I walked in, sat down with Max who was completely professional and very respectful. He asked if I wanted water and asked my mother who was with me at the time also. We spoke mostly about his sales experiences while he was inputing the information into the computer about my order. Finally we ended with a handshake and I walked out in complete shock of how non-pressure the experience was. Max was extremely helpful through the whole experience. He even price matched my trade in with a private offer.

When the car arrived, Max called me as soon as the Jeep Grand Cherokee rolled off the truck. He was very flexible with my schedule and I arrived the next day to pick it up. Frank helped out when I arrived in explaining the features of the car while Max was helping another customer.

Even the finanace end was no pressure with any of the extras. It was a 15 minute experience and was very pleasant.

Finally Max sat with me to explain all of the more detailed features of the car and was very patient with me.

Overall this dealership is absolutley an A+. I really could not have had a better experience with a car buying experience and Max is absolutely the best sales person I have every met. He makes you feel at home and like a friend or family.

Buying a good used vehicle was a pleasant experience. I called Max Tuta and gave him some parameters on the type of vehicle, mileage, among other things I was looking for. Max called me and said "I found a car for you". I visited the dealership and walked out with a superb used vehicle. What I liked about Max in addition to his great personality was his integrity and the "passion" he displayed in his work. I never had a learning experience at any other dealership such as I received from Max on how to work all the electronic gadgets on the car. Max truly knows his "PRODUCT".
I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I enjoyed working with Max Tuta to buy my wife's Jeep. From the beginning he asked a lot of questions to get to know my needs as well as what we wanted in our vehicle. Max wanted to make sure we got the right car. He kept to his word on everything he promised. He negotiated a good price with us and I felt good about dealing with them. When my lease is up on my car I will go back to Max and Manhattan Jeep.

My Review of Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
I bought a 2011 Jeep Rubicon from Max. After searching in northern NJ for months and being treated like a number, I decided to venture into NYC and speak with Max after hearing about the dealership. From beginning to end Max and the rest of the staff at the dealership treated me like a gentleman and could not be more helpful or friendly. It is so refreshing to be treated like a person and not hassled and given the runaround. Anyone that asks me about a dealership is always told to go check out Manhattan Jeep Chrysler Dodge because they will defintely make it an enjoyable experience. The location is easy to get to, there is free off street parking and the facility is spotless. I'm proud to say that I have made some new friends as a result of purchasing my Jeep there. Even if you are not looking for one of these types of vehicles, check them out anyway...you might change your mind.
