It was an easy and pleasant experience. It was the first time having my new vehicle serviced. The drop off point was very clean and open and it was a nasty rainy day. I was pleased with the service advisor and the service (it was only an oil and filter change) but very displeased about the new policy of charging 3% for credit card usage when the prices for the service (it was only an oil and filter change) but very displeased about the new policy of charging 3% for credit card usage when the prices for the service appears to have stayed the same, thus increasing the 'profit' for Shottenkirk. I'm going to start looking for another place to have my Honda get routine service. More

Justin Gibbs is straightforward and honest. I like his approach to the process. The lady that takes care of the coffee are is so nice.
