Mike Brandvold did a great job when I brought my Lincoln in for service. He reviewed every procedure that he was going to perform in detail and was very patient in answering all of my questions. I did not have an appointment, but he was still able to service my car that day on my time schedule. It was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend seeing Mike whenever you need service on your car. More

though I do have all my fords serviced by Klaben Mike is a great advisor always fair and never sugar coats it. We have taken our 2011 Lincoln MKX in to Klaben for routine maintenance and necessary improvements/upgrades for the (HORRIBLE) navigation system for the past two years. Mike Brandvold has gone out of routine maintenance and necessary improvements/upgrades for the (HORRIBLE) navigation system for the past two years. Mike Brandvold has gone out of his way to troubleshoot problems, coordinate services & loaner transportation and in general, do his level best to keep us up-to-date with Ford's release(s) to improve the performance of the vehicle. He's the best part of the dealership and the only reason we're still driving that vehicle -- if not for him, we would have traded it long ago! More
