I was greeted at the door with a smile by Townsend Wells who was courteous and very helpful. I had a question about how the drivers door closed and he made sure that it would be addressed. My experience with Amy Kiloran was a positive experience, she explained all of the documents that I would be signing and she had my car registered the day I picked it up. The whole team at Falmouth Toyota was very helpful and made my experience with my purchase easy. I will defintely recommend this dealer. More

My wife and I dropped by Falmouth Toyota one day just to have a look at an FJ Cruiser. Jack Moloney took the time to show us the 2 vehicles he had in stock and let us take one on an extensive test drive. have a look at an FJ Cruiser. He then did a computer search and found an FJ with the color and accessories we were looking for. He and Mike Conroy also took the time to explain the difference between the AWD system on the FJ and the 4WD on my current 4Runner. We ended up buying the car (negotiation was short and to the point; no BS or excessive dealer fees). They had the car in a couple of days and Fed Ex-ed all the documents to us for an out of state registration. This is our 7th Toyota and all in all was the most pleasant and stress-free car buying experience we've had. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I have owned my 2004 Toyota Highlander for 8 years, purchased and serviced at Falmouth Toyota, a great service team. I just traded my Highlander for a Venza. If Falmouth Toyota did not have such an e purchased and serviced at Falmouth Toyota, a great service team. I just traded my Highlander for a Venza. If Falmouth Toyota did not have such an excellent service team I may not have bought another Toyota. I trusted the service department and spoke to Tony about the different cars I was going to be looking at and he suggested the Venza. I am glad I listened to him as I love my Venza and know that if I have any problems that FalmouthToyota's service department will take care of them. More
